This international network of sites for McLaren car dealers launched spring 2011. I worked on the front end coding of the site, ensuring it would perform consistently cross browser and also on the iPad and integrating it into the CMS. One challenge was finding a video solution that would work on all platforms.

I worked creating a HTML5 and CSS3 version of this Flash dealer locator, to ensure the site was deliverable to iPad users. I was the sole front end developer for the site, and used jQuery animation to mimic the effects found on the Flash version of the site to offer a richer user experience.
Mercedes-Benz used car offer

This promotion from Mercedes-Benz UK required users to enter their numberplate in order to claim an offer. I coded this form to work using AJAX requests powered by jQuery, and a PHP proxy script to look up numberplates with an external web service. The form is styled to make the initial input form look like a numberplate.

I have been involved on several upgrades and updates to this network of dealer sites, including adding video feeds to the vehicle details pages, and converting all the Flash elements on the site to use jQuery, to ensure they can be viewed on all platforms.

This bespoke site for a small business in Northamptonshite required a design to match its rustic interior and friendly vibe. The site is driven by a CMS allowing the owner to update the information as and when it is required.

I revamped this site of film maker and cinematographer Azul Serra, aiming to fulfill the clean,sleek and professional look he had envisaged. The site is built on WordPress and many of the existing feautures used MooTools, which required me to put my beloved jQuery to one side and get involved with MooTools.
